Hello fellow brethren. I need ur quick advice. Im kinda a newbie at this. Today I went to Mi Pueblo and bought their BBQ ribs. Went home seasoned and threw those bad boys on the grill at 250-275F. Pulled them at 180F. Is that too high for ribs? How long do they have to rest? Im getting hungryray:
