I purchased some hog casings last may, been used two separate occasions, and been in fridge ever since. Original packaging with ziplock seal and salted by manufacturer.
I know they last a long time. I guess my question is how long to too long? Are there any signs of it going bad (Sight, smell, etc)?
Since I’m new to sausage making, I don’t have much experience with this. I was planning on making kielbasa tomorrow with them.
