How I light up my Offset Smoker

Im personally a weed burner type of guy but their is no wrong way to bbq.....

I've got a propane gas assist starters on my LSG Vertical Offset. Dump some charcoal in and three or four logs depending on what temp I want to at and Im off to the races. Usually just turn the gas back off when Im about 25 degrees from desired temp. Just used a weed burner on my old offset.
