It really is enjoyable to watch someone who is good at his/her job work. They always make it look so easy.
 
That was great, thanks for sharing. I appreciated that despite him most certainly being a master of the craft, he's not above wanting to learn more and finding ways to improve.

He's a badass with that cleaver. Love the sound of the skin cracking when he cuts up the meat.
