This is my official entry into the Hot &Spicy Chicken Throwdown.

I cooked 6 chicken legs on the YS640. They were seasoned with Kosmo's Killer Bee Honey Rub. Lumberjack competition blend pellets at 350°. The sauce was a 1/2 stick of butter, half a bottle of Texas Pete's and a couple squeezes of Cookies Wings and Things. I basted/dipped them in the mix a total of 5 times....there was almost no liquid in the bowl when I finished. Overall, I was actually surprised on how well they turned out. Definitely will be doing this again.

Here is my entry in the "Hot and Spicy Chicken" Throwdown.
I tossed some chicken wings in a sauce I whipped up by mixing some Stubb's Hickory Bourbon BBQ sauce and some chile de arbol con habenero salsa.
