Hot Pot - finally

Finally got to make a hot pot

2 broths - 1 sweet & sour, 1 spicy
Noodles
Boc Choy & Napa Cabbage
Sirloin
Mushrooms- oyster, shiitake, enoki
Shrimp
Daikon radish & Japanese sweet potato
Meatballs and fishballs

I was gonna ask where the Tofu was.

Nice run for your first time. That would have been really nice. We have hot pot every few months at home. It's great to sit around a table and boil stuff. Grilling is better, but boiling is OK too!

Yes, nearly every Asian family has its own version of a hot pot.
It's a good use for scraps and leftovers.
