I took the class after cooking on the can for a year or so. It really opened my eyes to a new way to cook on the can, that I feel has helped my Backyard and Competition "game". The emphasis, and tips on cooking by feel, sight, and smell were awesome and probably the biggest takeaway for me. All the winning recipes weren't bad either . Great class, and I'm planning on taking it again someday.
