Well if you are into sausage making, it calls out for a good, homemade sheep casing sausage instead of grocery store hot dogs. You could even put the cheese inside the casing (lots of cubes), and not have to slit the sausage and less chance of cheese leakage. Or like others said, some big jalapenos!!!!
