Honoring Diesel Dave, outdoor breakfast

When the TD was announced, I simply had to join. So I started 2 weeks ago by curing and smoking some pork belly to get the best bacon.

I wanted to cook the breakfast outdoors and wanted to use my new setup. Things have been busy and the weather rather bad but this Sunday it was my last chance. So screw the rain, I fired up my cooking setup using a CI griddle on my Weber Fire Place.

Bacon, fresh pancakes, maple syrup and good coffee, I'm sure Dave would approve.
