Wife went to Costco and came home with salmon. OK.
Cut into smaller pieces, brushed with EVO, then salt, and rest in fridge while prepping S.M. grill.
Grilled over red oak at high heat 1-2 minutes with flesh side down.
Turned over to skin side down, raised grate for low heat, brushed with glaze (and again every so often). Cooked about 20-30 minutes.
Made up some caper/olive/horseradish sauce for dipping.
Towards end of cook, spinach tossed with garlic-infused EVO and put on grill at high heat for 1-2 minutes.
Wife made her blueberry cake - my favorite.

That looks tasty! And I really like the charred lemon. I forgot all about that move, and need to get back into using it. Thanks for the reminder!

It's amazing how much juice can come out of a cooked lemon. Not sure if the flavor is much different though.
