That is pretty impressive. Stainless I suppose would be safer, someone here might bring up the aluminum question. But very cool.

I found these stackable aluminum rings at a garage sale and they fit both my kettle and the UDS perfectly. Each ring has a perforated screen but they can be easily removed by cutting. I paid $10 for all four rings. No one knew exactly what they were for but someone told me they were used for making cheese??? Perhaps you can find these at restaurant supply stores.
