Homemade sausage patty recipes

What are are your homemade sausage patty recipes? I have some ground turkey and hot Italian links I'd like to mix and make into patties to freeze for a quick breakfast. Is it as simple as mix a form or is there something else I should add?

I’ve been using the Jimmy Dean clone sausage recipe for patty’s & love it. I also did a batch yesterday of links that I added maple syrup to because my youngest loves maple sausage. Do a google search for the clone recipe, it’s easy to find & tastes great.
