I'm from Kentucky (rabid UK Wildcat fan :biggrin1, but have lived in Springfield Illinois for about 20 years now. Been smoking a long time. My buddy, SquirtTheCat, is on this forum. We have several smokers including a Peoria Custom Cookers "Meat Monster", and our latest addition is a Backwoods Competitor.
