Hello all - Incredible community you have. I grew up in WV, VA, and NC and have been in Colorado for 25 years. I have loved my little WSM (also kettle and gasser) for years, but just upgraded to a Kamado. I have already learned a ton from this forum and am excited to learn more. Thanks all!

Nice friendly bunch here that are very sharing with information.
Enjoy your time here, I sure have

Thanks! I have a Kamado Big Joe arriving on Monday from a Costco Roadshow. Chomping at the bit to get started. Does anyone have issues with altitude or dry air? Any adjustments needed?

Nice! Best ceramic kamado on the market in my opinion. I had a backyard of Joe’s at one point. Lots and lots of good meals from those cookers :) Not sure about your elevation question as I live just a few hundred feet above sea level.
