Hello all,
My other half and I have been checking out the forums for a while, and finally decided to sign up. We're fairly new to smoking ( just bought our first cheap offset smoker this summer) but LOVE to eat good smoked food.
Our first meat was a brisket, and it was pretty tasty, our second meat was a pork butt, and dude it was horrible! We seem to have ribs down to a science too, but we're still experimenting with flavors and are always looking to learn more to make things taste better. Since then we've done a few more brisket's, and one more pork butt, (it came out a ton better than our first one) and lots of ribs. We still can't get our pork to taste as good as our brisket, its pretty funny.
