Help selecting brisket

Clint the last two I cooked were choice from Kroger when they had a big sale and the had more flavor than the pri,es I had been getting at COTSCO. Used them for a family reunion and had rave reviews.

I've got to remember Kroger. Just came back from Costco with three 10-pound primes . Safeway wanted 7.50 a pound whereas Costco is 4.50 so I went with essentially half price. I always see only 5-pound flats at Kroger but I need to look again. I like 10-12 pound packers cause they seem to cook more evenly
