A quick little snapshot of myself. Obviously new to the Brethren, thanks for having us. My brothers and I will be throwing our hat into the competiton ring this year and are fully excited. By the end of the week our triple barrel smoker should be done. and a dry rub run, hopefully soon there after. I have perused this site quite a bit prior to building our smoker and it was quite helpful.
Our schedule for this year will be ROC City Ribfest and The Hudson Valley Ribfest.
We haven't picked a competiton for June or July yet, so any recommendations would be greatly welcomed.
