Have been a lurker but jumped on board. There is a lot of good discussion on here and you guys seem to get along great! I've been grilling/cooking since high school and really got into cooking while working on the road and watching Emeril in the off hours, didn't really feel like hitting the bars by myself. A buddy gave me a brand new Bradley that didn't work about 7 years ago and that's when I got into smoking. It turned out it was just a cracked fuse holder, $4 part. I wasn't a huge fan of that smoker but since then, got a Masterbuilt electric, Cabelas pellet, and my big purchase was a year and a half ago with a used Lang Stretch 36. There was a bit of a learning curve with that but a fun and delicious one. I tricked my wife into putting all of the info in for an Assassin 24 a couple of weeks ago and hitting enter. Told her she just bought me an Assassin. That should show up in a month or so and can't wait. This truly is an addiction. Hello to All!
