Hello from the PNW

Hello all. Just joined the forum and I'm excited to participate and learn.

I'm a long time back-yard cooker who wants to take the step into competition. I just love to BBQ for friends and family and I'm looking to grow. Currently I'm cooking on a Traeger Lil Tex Elite that I've owned for 6 years and a 18" Weber Kettle.

A recent BBQ highlight of mine was attending 2 BBQ classes with Lynnae Oxley of Sugars BBQ in Portland. She and Stephanie Loupe are 2 AMAZING people who put on a great class!
