Hi all...lurked for a while so figured I'd sign up. I'm new to all this and just ordered my first smoker from Lonestar grillz, a 24x40 offset. Gonna be a long 12-16 weeks waiting for her but in the meantime figured I can soak up some knowledge here and be ready to roll when she gets delivered.
