Hello All,

I just wanted to introduce myself. I love to BBQ and I currently have 1 Large Egg and a good size Vermont Castings gasser (don't reall y use it). Love using the Stoker from Rock's for those long brisket and pulled port cooks in the winter months!

Just did the NH Rockin Ribfest and placed 4th in pulled pork and deadlast in chicken. I have a ton to learn and this board is the place to find the answers!
