Hi everyone,
I'm glad I found your forum, I can see there's lots of informed folks here.
I've been smoking for a number of years and love doing it.
I'm in some other smoking forums and came across this one when I started looking into making a ubs.
I see that I can get any question answered on them here.
I live in SW Missouri 30 miles from the closest town, I'm in the middle of the woods so there's no problem getting wood for smoking, I'm retired from construction so I have alot of time for smoking.
