Looking forward to being a part of this forum! My name is Jon. I'm from.the suburbs of Chicago. I've been smoking for about two years. Currently have a char-griller offset and charboiler electric. I am picking up my new 60" trailer mounted reverse flow with rib box in two weeks. Looking forward to learning new things and sharing my experiences with you all!

Ron I did see that. I will try to make it, I have a wedding that night, and my wife and kid fly out to Italy the next day. Hopefully I can in the morning. I only live 15 min from there.
