So I get off at 4pm and am having a couple friends over while we pass out candy. Trying to figure out something different and yet simple enough to smoke for dinner.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Gerry

Smoke some brats or italian sausage, those only take about 2 hrs at 225-235, quicker if you run hotter. Sautee up some onions and peppers and you have yourself some quick good eats.

don't have a food suggestion, just wanted to say you can cut the cooking time in half if you jack up temps to 300. This 225 BS is just that.
