Nothing....I made alot of risotto yesterday,gonna eat that with some pan Phried burgers that needs to be cleared.
Probably gonna eat that today and tomorrow.

Happy Phriday all! The Mrs. and I are canning hot peppers tomorrow (1 bushel), so I have no pharking idea what will be on the grill or the smoker. Phigure something out, supposed to be a beautiphul weekend! Have a GREAT weekend and Happy Smoking!

I’ve got a spatchcocked chicken dry brining in the refrigerator now, will put that on the WSM tomorrow - no water pan, want direct, higher heat for crispy skin. Leftovers to make chicken chili on Sunday!

A neighbor lost a family member and a coworkers husband had an incident with a horse. I figure the least I can do is smoke a couple stuffed pork tenderloins for them. That's the plan so far. I'm not sure what is in the menu for us yet.

Between bike rides The Bride has been having me play Paul Bunyan. Nothing natural about trimming trees standing on the ground with an extension limb saw. However, newly opened Makers Cask Strength
Gets credit for an assist. Have a 20something ounce porterhouse beginning to thaw. Steak-Sausage and a colorful veggie, perhaps Sunday. Don't have mountains but do have some really big ditches on The High Plains. May explore.

Not much, we are out traveling, drove through yer neck of the woods yesterday Adams.

It my wife’s birthday tomorrow and out 41st anniversary on Monday, so the weekend will be spent eating out most likely.
