I'm Barbecuing for family for my moms birthday~! So far I have:

2 Racks St. Louis Style Ribs
2 Racks of Baby Backs
Chili Chicken Wings
Lemon Pepper Chicken Drums and Thighs
Pork Shoulder

I cant wait, its been a while since I've Barbecued~!!!

Just pulled the last of my 2 inch steaks out of the freezer. Going to do a reverse sear on the Egg along with some baked potatos - simple, perfect.

Going to make my world famous Meat Loaf and see what the smoke will do for it.

Wife found some killer sized peppers so I'll do some ABT's, MOINK Balls, and will try some Armadillo Eggs. :clap2:

Just threw a 9 lb. briskie on the Drum. Picked it up this week from a place called Golden Gate Meats. It was a bit pricey but all trimmed up really well. Hope it turns out good.
