Just got back from 2 weeks vacation in France.
We took a joy stove, WGA and some cast iron with us.
Weather was great, we had a really good time and did some nice outdoor cooking.
We took a hunk of lephtover brisket with us and made chopped brisket tortillas on our 1st night in France.
Newly acquired skillet worked great on the joy stove.

Pulled chicken
Sauteed mushrooms with lotsa garlic and a pork loin roast
Nice hunk of beef turned into pulled beef.
We took this hot sauce with us and damn it is good!
Beef meatballs with fresh tomato sauce and pasta, tomatoes growing in the backyard were fantastic.
We used the lephtover broth/drippings from the pulled beef for this, great taste.
Found these bone in pork belly cuts and they begged to be smoked!!
Limousin beef, one of the best breeds in France. Cast iron grate on the joy stove and grill that sucker!
