Grilled 1/2 lb burgers covered in pepps and sealed with swiss cheese. Wife likes mushrooms so she's doing that. Just lettuce onion and mustard for me.

I like this idea Mike. I'm assuming cook on one side then flip, place the pepperoni slices on right after the flip and then the cheese at the last for melting.
