Well, figured I'd post up a fast and easy. Took some raw shrimp and brined them for a couple of hours. Then, a coat of EVOO, into a bag for some special rub and onto the grill. Did them at 400° for a total of five minutes. I hate over cooked shrimp.

Cooked up some penne pasta and threw on a few more fixins and it turned out to be a very good dinner. The kids liked it as well which is always a bonus at their age. No ketchup and you know it worked. But, I did hedge a little and used some spagetti sauce for them.
