Nice steak. I have a vac system similar with the marinading attachment like that. Will have to give that a whirl.

Great steak. I keep telling myself I need a vacuum marinader thang but I always talk myself out of it..maybe I'll get one of the manual ones to start with..

I'm diggin soy sauce on the steak..good stuff.

I hear the vacuum opens up the pores of the meat which allows the marinade to penetrate it.
