Good evening everyone. I’ve been wanting to step up my bbq game for about 7 years now and finally wore down my wife and got the blessing to add some hardware to the back deck. Scored a great deal on a used 1 Star General last week and I am official. Looking forward to learning a lot from everyone here and contributing to this awesome community.

Here’s a pic of the new addition. Saturday night we grilled up some flanken, corn and peppers. Sunday I did my first rack of baby backs. Can’t wait for this weekend to roll around so I can get back at it!
