The public pays to go to the event and the tastings are free. We served about 400 people last year.

excellent, thanks for the info. This is our first time to this event, looking forward to meeting some fellow brethern. Noticed pulled pork is on the list this year, any idea if we are allowed in the night before to start cooking or will these be all high heat butts. :shocked:
