Almond Flour and almond milk. The gravy will thicken but needs to rest. I did not want to wait any longer. The Bride waited about 30 minutes and needed to thin hers a bit. Bottom line Almond stuff works, just at a different speed
 
Oh man, I'd have never thought to put green chiles in sausage gravy but it sounds amazing! Next time I make biscuits and gravy I'm all over this. Thanks!
