Green Chile Sausage Gravy

25° with WC 18° and forecast high WC 21°. Need to smoke a couple racks of ribs. One SL One BB. But first breakfast. Green chile sausage gravy over buttered garlic toast.

Almond Flour and almond milk. The gravy will thicken but needs to rest. I did not want to wait any longer. The Bride waited about 30 minutes and needed to thin hers a bit. Bottom line Almond stuff works, just at a different speed

Oh man, I'd have never thought to put green chiles in sausage gravy but it sounds amazing! Next time I make biscuits and gravy I'm all over this. Thanks!
