Jason here, been smokin (meats) for about 2 years now, not sure what took me so long to find you guys... have a Traeger (hopefully not heresy here), been really loving experimenting with making own rubs & sauces, using diff pellets/mixes
doing some tailgating this weekend (go 9ers! just hope game is 1/2 as exiting as NO/Detroit), will be doing some Rib smoking in preparation, and will try to figure out how to post some porn shortly thereafter!
