Great food prep trays, and cheap...

I just picked up a few more of these trays at IKEA...

They are fantastic for prepping meats for the smoker. They are pretty big -- 14 X 20. I can get two whole racks of BB ribs on one, or a couple butts, or one brisket.

I use them to apply my rubs to my meats, and carry the meats to the smoker. They are thick enough to handle some weight, and clean up easy.

And they are two bucks!

Here is one of mine in use, rolling a stuffed pork loin on it.
