It's hard to go back when it's so easy. I love mine and wouldn't trade it for the world. Wish I could do a side-by-side with an offset though...

Hope you make an vid detailing it new & your experiences as you cook! I have a (not great) couple of vids covering Humphrey's under "Berryhill BBQ" on YT. We need more IVC/IVS youtube content.

Totally agree! One of the main reasons I went with this unit. Just not enough good content out there. Guys need to see the wonders of IVCs!!
