HOpe these links work. We did a bacon wrapped fattie, moink balls and bacon wrapped shrimp. here are the three main segments. there were some other short shots of me saucing the moinks and some other teasers that didn't show up... also they didn't post me cutting the fattie at the end of the show.

very early and very cold... I got to the station at 4:30 am at 10 degrees outside.

The shrimp and the horseradish I had laid out for demonstration had partially froze by the time of the shot.
 
I thought maybe Bill would pop his head out of that smokers like :eek: somewhere Gary. Looks great!

I got done packing up and went into the studio to say thanks and goodbye, Yuna (the oriental anchor gal, she is the one who calls me and schedules me) says right away... "When are you coming back?"... "we want to have you back before the Super Bowl" :shock: I said... I probably won't make it back before the SB... but have some ideas, like gormet bbq for your gal type stuff... she said "oh yeah.. come back in March, right before Easter" I think they just love me because I feed them.....:confused:
