well my texas brothers can appreciate a big win...... i did round of my brats,brisket/spanish rice stuffed maters,steamed & smoked artichoke w/ drawn smoked garlic butter in cast iron & blues' smoked au graten taters....

i steamed them for 10 then into the smoke for 10
