The plan was to cook a fatty Sunday early afternoon then pizza with my first home made dough. I had gone to the store a picked everything up Thursday.
Well did a half day of work today  I hate going onto work on my day off. Have to work 6 hours also tomorrow:mad2: After getting home and seeing everything in the fridge I figure wtf I'll cook the fatty now.
Fired up the egg made a quick pizza sause and I put together a pizza fatty. Its stuffed with peperoni, mozzarella, onion, red pepper, mushroons, and the sauce. On the egg, 250* for a couple of hours.
Once it got to 165* internal I took it out and wrapped it in the Walmart just add water pizza dough. The home made dough will be saved for pizza.
Egg to 550* and on it went. Flipped it after 6 minutes and let it go for another 5 minutes.
After the flip the crust ripped open and I lost a little sauce and cheese but it still came out great.
My first but definately noy my last.
