After leaving Brian's this afternoon with some wine soaked oak barrel wood I just had to use them ASAP! I chipped up a handful to throw on the gasser with some NY Strips...

I seasoned the strips with some French Grey Sea Salt...

And cracked black pepper...

Yep...it's all home made...my wife has an aversion to store bought...:biggrin: Lucky Me!
