I got four, thick cut pork chops to soak this weekend. Can't wait!!!

Oh yeah the thick one's are going to be awesome! 4 hours of soak and grill! Heck yeah.

The chops package stated thick cut but they looked pretty average to me. I tried the soak and it was fantastic! I usually wash off my brine before cooking so I did the same with the soak...was that the right thing to do?
