"First World" Grilling Problems?

It was about -33F wind chills this morning when i was shovelling out the Yoder..in shorts. Had to finish the butt in the oven as I was about to run out of pellets due to higher then normal pellet consumption. Bad inventory management on my part.

Windy, raining and cold.

I was going to sear the sous vide steaks on the gasser, but there were too many kettles and smokers in front of it.
Had to use one of the Webers instead.
