I haven't made deep dish pizza for a while. I haven't found a good deep dish crust recipe yet. I guess I need an insider at Malnati's to "borrow" their buttercrust recipe :thumb:

Hey Ron, Not trying to be a dick or hurt your feelings man, but I gotta show you how to make a round crust and not some flower looking crust.

But good eats none the less and that's what counts.

Here's what I say Derek. Show us how to roll a perfect one and then do it up on the grill and keep it from looking flower looking.......show us your technique, Derek. Come on Brother......do it!! DEREK! DEREK! DEREK!! DEREK!!!
