Nice brisket. So did it cook a lot faster than you thought it would?
That is a gorgeous feast!! With all the extra marbeling, did it cook differently from a regular choice packer??

bob it did cook a bit different the entire piece of meat was so tender and moist the point was just as tender as flat nothing was over cooked and or burnt it was so good
