Thanks guys! I got home from a long school orientation today and hit that fatty again....I am in love....
On a side not, I was trying to decide what to name my UDS and my wife rolled her eyes and said "I think I will just call it ...the other woman." :p
 
Dude--- I never though of slicing a fatty up and making a breakfast sandwich out of it! Genius! Guess I will be cooking a fatty soon!
 
My last FATTY, I made with Italian Sausage stuffed with Mozerella cheese and Pizza sauce for an inside out Pizza. It was devoured almost instantly. :clap:

Ok, that's awesome....I definitely need to try that! Did it come across as pizza'ish in flavor? You could do all kinds of cool pizza toppings in there.
