First cook on my MAK 2 Star

St. Louis Ribs with Dominator rub. Cooked at 250 deg using 3-2-1.
Not sure how to comment on each photo, so they are all in a bunch.

They came out perfect!

The MAK Mobile app was great - it sent me a text at the end of each step.
