Gearing up for my first ever comp in a few Weeks. I need help in cooking the MM. I see a lot of pics of boxes on here but the majority of them only show the many slices of the MM. Is there a video on trimming the MM out and cooking it? Should I cut it out and cook it separately? What temp should I pull it..180? If I pull the butt off to save the MM the rest should be a little under cooked?
I appreciate any ideas and tips?
