Officially adding bologna to next weekends menu!

I love fried bologna sandwiches. What do you think will a smoked bologna still fry up a little?
 
ok, that's next on my list! awesome job! One question, with the olive oil on their, did you have any probs getting rub to stick? I caught part of Emeril the other night and he scored one and put butter on it , then what looked like dijon mustard, then some essence.
I think the Olive Oil helped with the adhesion of the rubs.
That Essence is Good Stuff.. Emeril needs a Drum Smoker....:biggrin:

Shoot Yeah!!!! Fried one up for Lunch.....Loved it!!!!! Melted PepperJack Cheese on it before it left the pan....mmmmmmmm:biggrin:
