Finally! Home Made Corned Beef Hash Perfected!

See, it was the butter fat that makes it crispy. My recipe called for heavy cream, which is essentially butter after all. Great job Mr. Woody. I guess you will be head hash cook next year for the Midwest Bash.
 
That is wonderful! I'm not sure what is better your photography skills, or your mad hash creation skills. Great job on both counts!
