After a crazy summer, I finally got the new smoker out for the weekend.
Will be cruising through here for some ideas, but would appreciate a few pointers in which directions to look. Been a while since I've been able to smoke anything.
Life did not allow the time it took so I broke down and got a pellet pooper vertical cabinet unit.
